By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant estovant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. estovant takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any third party.
estovant reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to, if we believe that such content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor or review User-Generated Content and we do not endorse any User-Generated Content submitted by users.
Some services may require payment of fees. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. estovant reserves the right to change its fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any fee changes prior to their effective date.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, estovant’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or estovant. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account, if applicable. estovant may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of materials obtained from the services. Any termination of these Terms shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to such termination.
